Repro fuel gauge/used working gauge

Does anyone know if there is a repro fuel gauge produced for a '73 Mustang? That or a good used one would be great. My gauge works (sort of). Operation is jerky and inconsistent. I suspect it is the gauge rather than the sender unit because light tapping on the lens in front of the gauge tends to move it up to the (maybe) correct position. Finally getting fed up with the need to tap to see if I'm really about empty.
