Rust Bubbles - Temporary Solution?

I have a few rust bubbles on my car. I plan on taking care of them next winter and have the car painted.

In the mean time I want to stop the rust from getting worse, but I also don't want to drive around in a primer-mobile. I was thinking of getting a tiny drill bit, drill into the bubble, spray some Rust Check inside, seal the hole with epoxy. Sound reasonable?

If you're going take care of them over the winter and the car doesn't see rain .... Just deal with it in the fall if they're small

I have found over the years that a 1/4" bubble outside equals about a quarter size cancer on the inside. A quarter size defect outside equals about a 4" cancer inside. 100% removal is recommended to prevent future growth.
