Shifting

I just installed my shift linkage on my Ct trans and  ready to test if from the top side.

The first few times I ran the shift lever through reverse, neutral and drive and back.  It hit all the positions.

Ran it through a second time and I moved the lever from Park and nothing until I got to the very back of the bezel and then it reverse.  No where else to go after that.

Any thoughts?

Sounds like the adjustment nut is loose and moved.
