Steering Gearbox Repair

I've got a leak on the upper end out the input shaft. I've seen Edelmann's 7095 Power Steering Gear Box Input Shaft Seal Kit on sale for $10. I don't want to rebuild the entire box since it looks complicated, @ beyond my comfort level. Does anyone know, can I get the input shaft seals in the ADJUSTMENT PLUG replaced on the VALVE BODY-ASSEMBLY w/out taking the entire VALVE BODY- ASSEMBLY out? I know I can buy new/rebuilt for $200up., but don't want to. Has anyone installed the upper input shaft seal kit only and was it easy to do? Thanks in advance.
