Made some goulash for the superbowl party....What are you all making or having?

Same here...Like a big pot luck and about 20 or 30 freinds....I was requested to make the goulash i made last year for the superbowl...I was going to make a dip..But im stuck making this..Which im glad i did now..lol

Starts off with jumbo shrimp and cocktail sauce plus chips and salsa.

Main course is Omaha Steaks 16 oz bone-in rib eye, baked potato with

all the fixins plus garlic french bread and a salad. And plenty of ETOH.

Wild duck jalapeno poppers. They are pretty tasty.

You guys are killing me! I thought I was "all that" because I make my salsa with Habenero's instead of Jalapeno's. I guess I have a new bar to reach now.

They breaking out the ghost peppers on ya hehehe I got a bit of the dave insanity ghost pepper sauce..hehe.only a million scoville.Its evil...Not as hot as that blair thou....I could only put a drop in my goulash thou..Some at the party cant handle it..lol

Bought this "sauce" because I wanted something hot.

The directions tell you to use gloves and wear eye protection.

I did 4 slabs of spare ribs on the smoker for the party and made my "open container" BBQ sauce / glaze. We have a rib off each year and hardly anyone participates if they know I enter the competition. Heh heh. The can't get enough of it. When they ask what's in the sauce I say cocaine.

Living so close to chicago I sometimes take for granted good pizza.

That's awesome, I think I would die of pizza overdose if I knew somebody that worked at a pizza place.
