Figured I'd start a new thread since I'll have many questions. :huh:

I have a lot of panels here that I intend to replace. So after putting them in place with the screws to hold it. Do I remove the screws as I weld it in? Or weld over top of them? And what about the holes on the underside if I do remove them. Spot weld?

That's how I did it. I just put a couple of tack welds right by the screws and then took them out and filled the holes. It works great.
