I think that car has already shown up here a while ago, or am I completely wrong? If I remember well it was for sale back then too.

Anyway. it's kinda... well...uhm....special! Let's put it that way.

I must say though, that the stripe on the c pillar is not that bad an idea.

It must have been an unusual accident for the car to have sustained damage like that. A freak accident I suppose.

It looks like someone got a little bit overzealous after watching Fast and Furious.

i would like to tell anyone who builds a car like this...Make sure you keep it forever "if you can"...Cause most people will not like what you done to a classic...I wont knock his idea or the car....looks like a lot of hard work ....But if all that hard work was put into making it original and stock...he would of been taking home much more money in the pocket;)

yeah I posted this a while back. it's for sale not to far from where I am but never saw it on the road

I think its pretty cool when someone customizes a car, somebody put a lot of time and thought into it (anyone can restore a car to factory specs) and then it will look just like someone elses who has done the same thing:s I know alot of people on here think there vehicle needs to be restored to showroom and not modified, but why unless its a 1 of 1 vehicle. Seems kinda pointless to bash on something (maybe its jealousy:rolleyes:)

I forgot that it had been posted before, and when I did remember a few of the guys had responded.

I hear ya. And normally the guys here are pretty supportive of the 'do what you want it's yours' mentality. But overkill is overkill. While I appreciate the work I think the final product missed the mark.

My understanding is it was the original car for 'corvette summer' (originally titled 'mustang summer') but Mark Hamilton didn't know how to drive a manual shift.
