I'm trying to find someone that will part with, or copy, their Toploader Heaven "How to" CD and if possible, part with the specialized tools that came with the package. I have been trying, with no luck, to reach Mark at Toploader Heaven to order my own. He seems to have disappeared. Please let me know if anyone has one and is willing to sell. Thanks,
