Unknown plug

Can some one tell me what this green plug would go too behind the speedometer. It is a tach car, I am thinking it may go to a clock car or idiot light car but not sure. I don’t see anything in the area that would plug into it, unless I am just blind.

This connects to the OEM speed sensor.

As Frank noted, it's for the speed sensor on the EGR control system.
