Now you can forget all the hurricane warnings. I have never understood those that had to live where you knew you were going to get wiped out?? You were smart to get out.
Those that live in river flood planes and in storm surge areas at coast should not be allowed to have insurance. Just makes us common sense people pay more. Live there if you want to but you pay for it not others.

I've heard the flash floods in AZ and NM can be quick and unpredictable.

Yes, the monsoons in the summer can be exciting, thunderstorms that are amazing. I've been in a few of them in Southern Nevada, Arizona gets even more of them. Hard to imagine that much water running in the desert. I saw three guys trying to push their car (by hand) around the corner by the HardRock casino, the only part of the car that was visible was from the beltline up.

And yes, both Sedona and Jerome are great places to visit, and then there's the Grand Canyon, photographer's delight.

That kind of fits in with what I was thinking. I thought maybe you were moving to where the snow birds hang out, so you could be around the other old farts  :whistling:

We have reverse snow birds here: folks leave during the summer months and go up towards Michganderland to cool off.  I like the heat.  It forces the young ladies to wear less and less and one can't ask for anything better.

PS: I am running extremely low on tail-light harnesses and 71 underdash harnesses.  I'm now at the point where I can't sell a tail-light harness from my stock (all bits and pieces) and have one 71 underdash harness left in inventory.  Please: if you have anything along these lines, give me a PM!
