What are these worth?

My uncle gave me some cougar parts and I wanted to know what I could expect to sell them for.

Aluminum valve covers that look to be for a 302 or 351w.

It says on the inside:

CAL CUSTOM

GARDENA CALIF

40-1017

A few tail light parts, through my simple decoding skills, from a 67

Those are some snazzy looking valve covers! Since the Cougar or Mercury brand is long gone, they may be worth some real $$.

Closest thing I found and these are repops, so may be worth a little, post them on a cougar site or ebay and see what response you get. If you put them on ebay set your reserve high that way you dont give them away.

Yes, Cal Customs was (long ago) one of the premier sources for aftermarket speed or hobby car parts. You guys are REALLY making me feel "dated."

As an aside, I have come to understand there is a segment of the hobby that absolutely LOVE the Cougar tail lights so there might be a real opportunity there. As previously noted, you might want to try and post the availability on one of the "Cougar" Sites.
