Whats the best wiring kit

I have a 1973 coupe that in the past has gone through a bad "restoration" :dodgy: the wiring is all sliced and stripped and exposed its just trashed and a headache, the cars interior is out right now because im doing floor-pans and i figured now would be the time to do this.... so whats the best kit to go with i don't have power windows or anything like that i just want to run a real nice stereo in it and a/c and brighter lights in and out just kind of bring it up to date as far as safety goes.

Not sure of a "kit" but maybe you could hit up a member/vendor here by name of midlife. He restores and makes wiring harnesses and knows these car's wiring like the back of his hand.
