Wiper Blades stop in up position

This seemed simple but I'm not exactly sure where to start. My windshield wipers work properly until its time to stop...at which time they stop in the up position. How do I adjust this? I searched but if there is a link explaining it please point me to it.

Simple. The motor's "park" function is not working. Check all connections and make sure you have a good ground. If that does not work, replace the motor.

Ok...I finally got back to this and figured it out. I just needed to take the arm on the motor off and flip it 180 degrees problem solved. I knew it would be a simple fix once i got to it.
