I have two driver side sport mirrors. D1ZB
Both have working remote mechanisms, but probably need a good cleaning and servicing.
One was originally dark green metallic, the other looks like white. Both need repainting.
Price includes USPS shipping in the lower 48 states.

With good base: $80
Broken base: $60

I know if I do not jump on these I am going to need one or maybe both not too long down the road. Yet, I have a garage full of purchased items, for "just in case later on." So, knowing I will regret it, I am going to pass...

Well, I know the feeling. Wondering when the last time you will see parts available will be or when the prices will get stupid.
Given the number of them on Ebay and that they are being reproduced, I think you'll be okay!
I already have two sets set aside...for a car that didn't have them when new....makes sense, right?

Whew, okay. I feel better, less anxious about snagging these. I will leave them for someone else who may actually need and want them for a live project...

So, I found I have another pair sport mirrors that I forgot about (not for sale, though!). The drivers side has the remote cables cut off. I figured maybe I'd steal the cable off the broken base mirror and sell the mirror and housing cheaper. I'd forgotten how much of a pain it is to get the cable assembly out!
This might take a little headscratching.
For now, the broken base mirror is not for sale.
