72 351C 2v - Intake and Carb upgrades

I'd like to hear what anyone might recommend for an after-market intake and carb.

I've just had the 2v head rebuilt with upgrades in valves, guides, seats, springs and 3 angle value job. So I plan on keeping that way for now.

But the carb has been troublesome so replacing or rebuilding is necessary. But I thought maybe a total after market upgrade would add a little extra HP.

The engine is a 1972 351C with C6 trans. When I rebuilt my 70 Stang's 302, I used a Typhoon Intake and 4bbl Holley.

If your engine is mostly stock go with an edelbrock performer intake and quick fuel 600 slayer carb. If you have an upgraded cam and are running headers a weiand X-celerator or edelbrock air gap with 750 slayer would work fine. Dan
