Are there no identification marks on the old or new parts, like ABS, PP, HDPE,?
With proper prep and using a adhesion promoter for plastics, they can be painted with a plastic suitable paint.
The originals are pretty flexible, I would think them likely to be PE (Poly Ethaline), but also could be unfilled ABS for the new ones.
Try a test first and see how the paint holds.

They are softer than the originals, no markings. Smells kinda like urethane. I went to the thrift shop yesterday and picked up a cheap crock pot. Used synthetic fabric dye on them with good results. Had the dye around 180-190 degrees for a couple hours.

Pulled them out and they were a bit sticky. Sat overnight then hit them with a light polish.

That's a interesting technique. I wouldn't have thought of using fabric dye. Well done!
