Convertible top relays

My 71 top will not run in both directions. It will run if I jump power to it. I changed the switch but still fails. I found a diagram that shows 2 relays in the circuit but I don't know where to find them. Can someone help please?

The convertible top pump circuit doesn't have a relay to control the pump, that's executed strictly through the switch. The circuit breaker for the power feed is mounted on the starter solenoid. If it's operating from the switch only in one direction, I'd check for continuity on the circuit between the pump connector and the switch connector. Most likely suspect is a terminal isn't making complete contact with the switch.
