Dash Color

my dash is black, but i see traces of the blue body paint under the black...is it supposed to be body color or black?

If the interior was originally black then the dash would be black. Did you check the data plate for the interior code? I bet someone in the past replaced the dash with a blue one and painted it black to match the rest of the interior.

If my research is correct, then it would be black if that was the original interior color.
