Sooooooo......I went to IMDB and found this Quentin Tarentino movie called Death Proof starring Kurt Russell. This car was apparently in the movie. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1028528/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

Anyone ever seen this movie?  It looks like the complete movie is on youtube but as a poor copy.    I have not watched it yet but thought i would share.

Nice find!  I forgot all about Lil' Pussy Wagon!  It is featured in the 2nd half of the movie if I remember right...I have to watch it again!

That’s the one from Kill Bill, the original Pussy Wagon. They probably reused that name on the Mustang as a tribute to it. 

Death Proof is quite fun to watch.

It was okay. The 20 minute scene with the girls extolling the virtues of the 'classic' Challenger in Vanishing Point was tedious. Well, it felt like 20 minutes and everyone forgets that when VP was made the Challenger was not yet a 'classic' anything. That was Tarantino explaining to viewers who've never seen VP what it was all about and it doesn't come off well.

I went to the Grindhouse Double Feature wanting to see Death Proof, but enjoyed Planet Terror more.

I watched this movie two weekends ago. I perked up like a dog spotting a squirrel when the '73 showed up. I only knew of the Nova (from the cover), so that was a pleasant surprise. Wish they gave this car more screen time though.
