This wiki is an attempt to show documentation that dealerships used to order a new car and then the documentation that Ford used from there to make the car.
Dealers would fill out this form to order a new car using a number 2 pencil then mail several of these forms to their District Sales Office for them to submit to Ford. I found a dealer's order form on the 429mustangcougar site.
