Engine Compartment Whistle

1972 351C 2V just started "whistling" mainly at idle in park but sometimes on acceleration and deceleration. You can "feel" the whistle on this bracket. Thoughts?

My carburetor did that once. Tighten it to manifold.

Oh yeah! Sure does sound like a stressed bearing. So what does it sound like you run it without the belt?
