Erlinger Invoices from Marti's

For any of you considering ordering one of the Erlinger Invoices on your Ford/Lincoln/Mercury vehicle from Marti's, please note they are looking at a significant price increase on/or about September 10, 2010, according to an email I received from them.

did anyone ever get one? i don't think i would ever be able to obtain once since my car is at least 4 owners away from the original buyer

It certainly wouldn't hurt to contact them to see if it is available. From what I gather, it is based on the VIN as to whether or not it is available.

I have spoken to their representatives on a couple of occasions and they have been very helpful.

I probably won't purchase one until I win the lottery. But I did get a kick out of the example invoice, which indicated that the purchaser had been charged for 4 gallons of gas at a cost of $1.33.

Now, into the WayBack machine so I can fill up my tank with a five dollar bill.
