Ford service DVD

I just got these DVD's. 2006-2008. Haven't been able to access the files. I think it's archive type format. Do I have to download a progam ? I have vista. MB

Hmmm...not sure. There should be someway to rip a DVD unless use that copyright protection crap that the Movie DVD's use??
