Head Bolts

Do Cleveland headbolts need to be replaced when heads pulled? I know they've been used at least twice already.

No - mine were used several times and tighten with the right torque a few times after reinstalling them they hold up right.

You can reuse them.

I went with studs for ease of assembly. THere is room to pull/install with the studs in place while the engine is in the car.

You can reuse them and . . . I prefer to use ARP studs for the more consistent clamping force . . . but if all holes are chased and cleaned and the bolts are cleaned and properly lubricated you should be fine with reusing head bolts.
