Help identifying old truck wire wheels

Walking on my father-in-law's backyard I found this wheels that he said where from his dad's old truck, probably from the 20-30s. I am planning on posting them with the hope that someone out there is in need of these wheels/drums for a restoration project. Hoping to find someone that will put them to good use and not resale them. I will have to first dig them out. They look with a lot of surface rust but not rotten through, at least what's visible.
Can anyone identify them? I saw them in my way out so really didn't spend much time investigating. They still have the drum brakes and part of the lower arm attached.

Many (more like many, many) years ago I had a '31 Model A pickup that had 16" wheels from a '36 Ford, looked like your father-in-law's.
