Bump:

My guess is a horn bracket. My last one was welded to the fender apron so I ripped it out (galvanized)

Looks like a bracket that supports the hose coming out of the back of the power steering pump. If the pressure line gets replaced as this often does not fit the repo line and gets removed.

could be either I guess. My PS system has been rebuilt but is not in yet. Waiting to see if my old hi-press hoses are still good or not. Where would it be used in either application? can either of you get a pic of something similar?

Yes

Back of PS pump I think as mezapu says, but my bracket is a bit different 351C.

I have a Dorman replacement pressure hose and still need the short line

that comes out of the pump that the bracket supports.
