Hurst 4 speed shifter

I am rebuilding my shifter and am looking for the little rubber bushings, there are like six in total on the shifter but i could only save two of them. I cant seem to find replacements anywhere, does anyone have any ideas.

These are the cheapest shown. Prices range from $4.44 to $25 EACH. Are they NUTS!! Even at the hardest durometer plastic, you're looking at about 5 cents worth.
