LED Interior Cargo Trailer lighting

Need some advice on interior lighting for my newly acquired car trailer? I have been searching the net for some ideas and it is hit and mis. I would like to install some strip like LED lighting along each side wall and on the front wall to light up the trailer for any night time loading. I am not a wiring pro by any means so ideas on installation would also be appreciated. Going to spend a little time next week fixing up the new car trailer as I would like it.
