My 72 has none. Guess it must have disappeared somewhere down the line.

Never missed it though with the standard grille. The new Mach1 grille on the other hand shakes like crazy when the motor is cold. I gotta make one, I guess.

As the picture I posted indicates, my 71 Mach 1 has the double, Marti report shows it's build date of 12/10/1970. Looks like we've narrowed it down that they went to the single between Dec 70 and March 71 on the 71 Mach 1.
