Lower crossmembers look like garbage

New to the site and my first tech post, so please let me know if I'm not following protocol. From the picture you can see that both front frame crossmembers on my 72 Mach 1 look like dog turds. The front one (marked with red arrow) looks like it's been hit and the rear (marked with yellow arrow) looks like it was used to jack the car up and instead jacked up the crossmember... Has anyone replaced these? I know they are welded in but I'm starting from the ground up and want to build a great ride so might as well start here. For the one that sits under the engine (yellow) I was thinking of either making a custom tubular one or cutting out the bottom metal and welding a new piece in. For the front (red) I want to replace it. Anybody know where to get a clean one? Thoughts and tips on doing this? Thanks!

A lot of guys on here have bought parts cars, you can post up in the "wanted" part of the classifieds. Also, OMS or Motorcity Mustang could have the crossmembers too.
