major help needed with hood alignment

I think I'll keep my original Nasa/Nasca hood and rework it

instead of getting the Dynacorn hood.

It's only filler and sandpaper ugg.

The rad support must be pretty close. I put a stock hood from another 72 on my car and it fits pretty damn good. I'm blaming this debacle on the hood as I changed nothing else

I've seen lots of shims used in both the fenders and on some cars the hood. One car I saw had almost 5/8 worth of shims between the hood and the hood hinge and it looked like the hinge was all the way to the top of adjustment. I wish you luck
