I stopped by after work but he wasn't home. I don't have his # anymore - I think he changed phone carriers or something. Will try again another day.


Also what about our Hawaiian friend DJ, aka Fastnefarious? He hasn't logged in since Dec last year. He did order 2 truck loads of parts to begin restoring a 73. Perhaps it's overtime and mach 1 building for him right now. Lol. I sent him an email earlier today.

I know I've been low key recently - driving the 'Stang and putting a "Yahoo!" on my face every time I slam the accelerator to the floor . Work took me to LA for a few days, etc. All is good.

I'm still around and I try to stop by everyday, just don't have time to post much lately. I will be deploying to Afghanistan in less than 60 days so things have been pretty hectic around here, a lot of training and long nights.

I try to drive the Mach 1 as much as possible but without A/C in the 100+ degree heat has pretty much put that on hold, with the exception of my second job at the drag strip on the weekends, sometimes I cruise it on over there.

But yeah I'm here, just doing a quick check in.

Yeah, HemiK has been gone for a long while. I couldn't find him last November when asking about if he wanted to run the White Elephant Christmas gift exchange. Not sure what happened to him.

Just read a post he posted on VMF from back in 07 about my steering gearbox issue and wondered the same thing. Man has a wealth of knowledge. Hope he's O.K.

Read a post about Dennis (Hemi) last year saying life was really busy but things were OK - just no time for the Forum anymore. Heard kinda the same thing about Fast E last spring...

Things happen, etc. I'm in and out too, sometimes.
