Correct, the frame mount is designed to work with stock motor mounts. It only needs the tab trimmed off with Prothane after market motor mounts.

BTW it looks like there are no left and right mounts - either engine side or frame side - as they only go on one way?

Frame brackets are LH and RH, note the differences in the pic I posted. The insulators are universal.
