I read the article and looked at the listed values. I realize that this guide is very generic, but for my car they seem to be a bit off...
MM has my car listed at $11500 for a 73 coupe, 351C, my condition rating is #3.
I did two different NADA checks for my car because it is a Grande and a T5...
As a Grande the average retail is $15825, the high retail is $23700.
As a T5 the average retail is $8436, the high retail is $16875.
I guess if I really cared, I'd be confused. Any car is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it at a given time. My car is worth the world to me, I love it and I don't care what someone else says its worth.
MM is a great magazine, I learn new things every month, but this value guide probably has a lot of mustang owners up in arms...
