Just posted my rims in wheels thread

Wow, looking good so far. I´m really looking forward to those rims on the car when it´s done. I just can´t imagine what they will look like. :)

image.pngShoogie I thought you might get a kick out of this NASTY ride. Sounds a lot like how you described the rear of your build. I don't think there is a car out there that pulls off this look better than a 71-73 Fastback. It has all the right lines to make this feel perfect. If I had to pick an animal it makes me think of I'd say it looks like a grizzly bear. Beastly rolling down the road but God forbid it gets up on its hind legs. Down the drag strip of course.

BTW that engine bay is really some beautiful work.

That is exactly how I am doing my fastback , the engine bay was a labor of love, hate, throwing things and a test of my marriage ! Just bought Yukon u joints for it. Ouch $450 but won't brake!

So you've seen that car before because it's become one of my favorite. I understand the love/hate thing as do many of us. With time and patients you will win with the car. As for your marriage......just...good luck lol. Yukon joints sound like a good use of money. Sometimes better to throw money at the problem instead of time, reinventing the wheel.

I head about the problems with the u joints so I didn't want to be out and someone with a camera catches another mustang mishap

Are the spindles those Fatman sells? :)
Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Yes they are!

I want to take a moment to thank you. I thought I was over the top and out of control . . . :D
Yes I am. I need to get back to the build. Been off my game for a while. Hurt my shoulder badly and had surgery
