I'm a novice using this forum but here goes.

I have a 73 Convertable Q-Code with 351C-4V, C6 Automatic. Pretty much everything is original. 101,000 miles

My parents purchased this car when it was 2-years old. Previously was a program car for a Ford Executive in Detroit. It has been in our family since 5/1975 continuously so the history of this car is very well known.

I have two 1972 Mach 1's. One running, one disassembled for restoration. 1971-73 Mach 1's were my dream cars when I was in high school but never could find one good enough for my dad to help me acquire it. Ended up with a medium bright yellow '73 Gran Torino Sport (I wish I had it back). One of my current ones is a medium bright yellow and I hope it will be my show piece..

With all the science going on recently I was curious as to the number of 71 vs 72 vs 73 on this forum. Please take the time to post up year and make. Believe it or not this will give a pretty good sample group as to the percentage of survivors vs the # produced. IF YOUR PROUD OF IT, POST IT!!!

2- 73 Q codes. 1 sport package automatic, 1 regular interior 4 speed.
73 Q code Mach 1, 4 speed

10 year old thread but what the hell.... 1971 Mach 1. Originally a silver 302 base model Mach, built it to be the car I wanted when I was 18 - Black with Silver accents, 351C, aftermarket intake, heads, roller cam and headers - what I call a mild "day 2" build with a little taste.
