My car has been apart for some time. I have a part that I don't remember where it goes. Can anyone identify it?

Is that plastic? If it is it looks like the radiator filler between the upper core support and radiator?
Yes it is the radiator support seal. Thanks for the pictures. I wasn't sure how it fit.

That aspect makes your PS belt appear out of align. I wish my engine was that pristine!

It does look out of alignment from that angle, but I think it is lined up. I will have to double check that the next time I am with the car, haha.

- 71 conv,429cj, 4spd 3.5 N-case, it's not an original but the running gear is correct.
69 Fastback, it's a project.
Sure is looking good!
Does anyone know if this rad support seal was on the '73's also?

My 73 Mach has it. I believe it was only used for factory AC cars to help move more air flow through the radiator. Lot more

I don't know for sure, but that tracks for my car, as it is a factory A/C car and it had it.
My 73 convertible, 351-2V has a narrower radiator. I did add one, nut I had to cut an inch off each end.
