Ok, so the time has come order new leaf springs. Replaced all of my front suspension last year along with rear shocks. I used KYB Excel 2 I think on all four corners. Anyway my front coils are the 2" drop that I put in like ten years ago. Now that I am a grown up I hated how low the front was so I put in a 1" spacer on top of the coils and now it sits nice at 24 3/4" to the bottom of the wheel well. When I got the car 20 almost 20 years ago the previous owner had the back end lifted ridiculously high, so I bought the 2" drop shackles, I think, it was a long time ago. Either way I like the rear ride height and don't want to raise it too much if not at all, it sits at 26" to the bottom of the wheel well. I will probably stick to a near factory spring with original eye placement, just want to know if anyone has any suggestions on what to buy. My wheels are 15"x7" Magnum 500's with BFG Radial T/A's 235 60R15. This is the kit I was looking at. http://www.mustangsplus.com/xcart/1965-73-Mustang-Leaf-Spring-Kit-Grab-A-Trak-R.html
As always, thanks for everyone's input!
