Hey, I have a 73 H-code Mach 1. It was my first car bought in 1988. It's currently down to bare metal after being soda blasted. The 2bbl cleveland has been bored 30 over with TRW forged pistons. I really want to update the handling, braking, and steering. Now, I'm considering putting in a Mod motor. I've still got a lot of bodywork still to go before I make a final decision. I also own a 2000 Mustang GT.

::welcome:: Not sure who Eric is talking about:huh: One suggestion is do your homework on the mod motor before jumping into it. A lot of thing are different on them. Enjoy the site.

Welcome to the forums! We're glad to have you aboard! Can't wait to see some pics! Keep us posted!!

Thanks for the warm welcome! Here are some pics:

This is my Mach back in high school, around 91 or 92. This is the only pic I have from back then.

Here she is when I pulled her from my parents house in 05. Now she's down to bare metal. I have some pics of me welding in the Global west sub frame connectors and floor pans, I'll have to hunt them down.

Lastly, here's my daily driver since 2004. It's a 2000 GT with 125k miles.

Here's a pic in the shop after the soda blasting. All I've really done since is weld in the passenger side floor pan.

Hey Welcome! Nice looking ride. I always liked the look of the 1/2 vinyl roofs.

Consider sticking with the Cleveland over going mod. You can make them into some pretty powerful motors with a good amount of torque. Here is a really good Cleveland site: http://www.network54.com/Forum/119419/

It's not a very fancy board but the guys know what they are talking about.
