Hey guys I am selling my cam lifters and springs off my motor since i'm building a 408 stroker and wont need these ones now. They only have about 3000 miles on them if that! Its all comp cams products. The cam is a Xtreme energy cam. Duration is 274/286. Lift is .562/.565 The Motor ran great with this setup, but since im building a stroker motor im going to go with a roller cam setup. If you need any more info on the cam and springs here are the links to them on Summit racing where i bought them. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/cca-cl32-246-4/overview/make/ford

I am asking $150 plus shipping. Thats less than half what they are new and very few miles on them.

Thanks Kevin

Also found the rest of the broken valve in my header collector along with some other nice pieces of piston and ring.

This stage :( will soon pass. Once the new build starts it'll be all smiles :).

you could make some cool garage art out of the broken bits!

Yeah it sucks but o well. The 408 build is making me feel much better except in the checkbook! The machine shop started on the block and got it cleaned up checked and bored .030 over. Theres a race shop near me that specializes in head porting. I am going to take my heads up there and see what they have to say about porting them for me. They were done once already but the shop that did them didnt have a flow bench and this place does. He quoted me 400-500 over the phone but said might not be as much since they were already done once. That would also include port matching them with my intake.

As far as the broken pieces go i figured i would hang them on the wall or weld them together for some cool garage art. I have a nice bent rod, broken cam and lots of pieces to play with.
