painting headlight bezels

I'd light to paint my headlight bezels black.  Any advise? Special paint?

SEM's Trim Black works great for the blackout areas on trim.

if you're talking about the aluminum ones,i just painted mine....twice!!  i sanded them with 400 grit,washed them with soap and water. primed them with primer and two coats of black. the paint started to peel soon after. i stripped them, sanded again, cleaned them with sems cleaner. then i used self etching primer. two more coats of black and done. clear coat if you like. no peeling and they look great. good luck

My local NAPA carries it. Maybe try them if you have one near you.

There is a prep solution that you use on aluminum just like the phosphate you use on steel. It etches the surface so the paint sticks.
