My car is a 73 mach1 with power disc/drums. I'm toying with the idea of swapping the entire brake system over to something like wilwood 4 wheel disc brakes with their master cylinder, proportioning valve, and the cable system to use the factory parking break pedal. I've heard that even their manual brakes are pretty good and stop the car easier than the factory power disc setup. If that's the case, then I'm fine with their manual brakes to keep it simpler and cheaper.

I'd like to use brakes that fit inside normal sized wheels. The car currently has 16x8 rims all the way around. I'm hoping to work with the factory splindle and wheel bearings if thats at all possible.

Looking at all the different parts and product lines, I have no idea which parts to be looking at. Which brakes should I be looking at?
And does their proportioning valve and master cylinder work with the existing hard lines?
