Pedal covers + footrest pedal ideas

I am researching the available options for pedal covers. I have auto trans. Not too many option besides the rubber ones. Scott Drake has an all aluminum brake pedal, but not accelerator. I like the aluminum or Stainless steel with rubber inserts in modern sports car, but no idea how will they look in our cars. Does any of you have a set of "modern" pedals that can post pictures of?

Also, does anyone have footrest pedals? I don't even know if this is possible due to the light switch location.

Yeah, I have seen his thread. Interesting option. I have my eyes on the footrest of my 4Runner as an option but still have not tested it.
