Power steering fluid based on updates

Making some updates to my power steering system and was hoping someone could tell me if I should still us Type F or switch to something else. Changed over to a Saginaw pump using my original steering box but having it rebuilt and converted to quick ratio by powersteering.com. I wasn't sure if the pump or box determine did which fluid to use.

I did a new pump and box, I stayed with F just to keep it simple.

I'd talk to the folks who are rebuilding your box. I'm probably going to run swepco 715 in mine since I am going to use a Saginaw pump.

I recently completed the same work, via Power Steering Services, and went with Redline fluid.

Talked to the guy from Powersteering.com today. He said to stick with the Type F as that is what the box was designed for and it is less likely to foam up.
