Are the 4v open chamber heads push rods stock the same as the non adjustable pushrods for the closed chamber heads

As they left the factory, all hydraulic lifter 351C's ran the same pushrod from 1970-1974 regardless of the cylinder head. Only the Boss 351 and the 72 HO ran a different push rod since they are solid lifter engines. Pushrods for the 351 didn't change until the 351M arrived in 1975. Yes thanks guys I couldn't fiND that info online all I could find was tutorials about measuring them.
