rear end conversion

I'm changeing the rear end in a 72 mach1 to a 1995 8.8 cobra w/disk brakes but cant figure out what u-joint to use.....any help? thanks

for me i'd find out the part number of the u joint in the car now. then the same info on the '95, then contact maybe summit or jegs and see that they say... or just call they might know what u want anyways.

The only way to be sure what you need is to measure them (yoke and driveshaft) and then select the u-joint by size, not by car-year, etc.

Cobra used the 1330 U joint based on what I looked up, which is the same as what the 71-73 Mustangs came with.

I believe that's what I used for my 8.8" swap from an explorer also.
