Rear Seat Part Location...

I was wondering if somebody could point out where the brackets in the photo go exactly?

I originally pulled these parts from the rear seat area (71 Mach 1, non fold down seat) but forgot to take any photos. Now that I'm putting it back together I'm not 100% sure these go.

Any help/photo would be much appreciated...

The go on each side of the upper rear seat

They run from the package tray down to the floor.
