Rear seat separator help

Hi, can anyone tell me what the factory used to separate the rear upper seat from the trunk?
when i took the interior apart there was a piece of tar paper there held up by duct tape.
whatever the part is, do any of the aftermarket companies reproduce it?

I just cut a piece of 1/2" Jute to fit for a noise barrier held in place by a couple plastic plug fasteners. Really helped with road noise!!

I have a 73 convertible and this is a photo of the rear seat partition. I think it is factory.
Spot welded along the bottom and the sides but I can't see the top.
It also has two brackets at the top which anchor the top of the seat back.
