Removing door glass

I am restoring a 73 coupe and need to remove the door glass. I did a search and found a thread here that said that I had to cut off the rivets that hold the metal bracket to the glass, but it didn't mention how to reattach it. Do I have to have it riveted again, or can I just use bolts? I read in the same thread that 71-72's used bolts instead of rivets anyway, but I don't know if the brackets were the same.

Brackets and glass are the same

71-2 used bolts

73 was riveted

cut off rivet heads to remove

use bolts to re-install
