Sorry, but I was unable to search and find a post from a few months back on voltage regulators. Although the one I have is a fairly new replacement, I think it is on the way out. I had a bit of trouble with voltage going above 14V when hot back in August. I have already had one fail and boil a brand new battery...…. and an engine compartment repaint!
In the post I'm referring to, there was a link to a website for a solid state regulator for the 71-73 Mustang, however if I recall, it was black and would need the cover changing or painting.
If someone could be good enough to assist finding this, I'd appreciate it as well as suggestions.
